What is the meaning of the different combinations in the 'Config Status' column in the Unified Profile Templates?

The template's Config Status combines the device configuration statuses of Switches and AP Groups as follows:

What actions should users take when they get these results?

  • When a user applies a template to devices, the system updates the device configuration's ‘Config Status' to Pending. It then waits for the device's response and updates the status to Success or Fail accordingly.
    If the device is unreachable, the 'Config Status’ updates to Fail within 1 minute. To see the latest status, click the Refresh button on the User Interface screen.

  • In some cases, if the ‘Config Status’ remains Pending for more than 1 minute after the template is applied, users should try reapplying the template. If the issue persists, please report it to the support team for assistance.
