Hardware Support

The Hardware Support chart displays the type of hardware support for Virtual Chassis primary switches, standalone switches, and wireless equipment managed by OmniVista 2500 NMS according to selected filters. (Modules are not counted.)

The following statistics for the types of hardware support are displayed:

  • AVR: The number of devices entitled to fault replacement support based on Advanced Replacement.

  • RTF: The number of devices entitled to fault replacement support based on Return To Factory.

  • None: The number of devices which are no longer commercially available from ALE and no longer eligible for support.
