New Features

Device Catalog

The Device Catalog list screen will display the name(s) of the End Customer companies currently managing this device, visible to all Partner users (Admin, Modifier, or Viewer). When a Partner Company accepts a supervision request, all active devices from the End Customer company are added to the Partner Device Catalog List.

Service Renewal and Product Refresh

Fleet Supervision companies can create and run product refresh and service renewal opportunity reports for the Device Catalogue. The administrator has the right to create, modify, delete, and download reports.

  • Create and Schedule Report – Fleet Supervision companies can create and manage Report definitions with scheduling options and manual execution. The user can generate a report for Service Renewal, which identifies devices nearing subscription expiry and supports the service renewal and sales renewal process for pricing, including the service part number. User will also be able to generate the Product Lifecycle Report, which tracks devices nearing or reaching the end of product support to aid replacement planning.

  • Achieved Report – The Fleet Supervision companies can view all Report files generated from all completed runs for the last 2 years.

  • Audit Logs Report - The Fleet Supervision companies can view the logs related to report actions, including create, edit, run, and delete. Only users with admin permission can access the logs. The system deletes logs after 90 days.
