Internet: Customers with service agreements may open cases 24 hours a day via the support web page. Upon opening a case, customers will receive a case number and may review, update, or escalate support cases on-line.

New Features
Company Types
The are four types of Fleet companies.
Basic Company- This company’s user is a “Trial” user. To log into Fleet company, sign up for a trial account by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on Fleet Supervision login screen. The company has a single user who is also an Admin.
Business Partner Company – Users can login via External SSO through MyPortal SSO. Company and user information is retrieved from the SalesForce accounts for partners and cannot be edited. A business partner company user can supervise an end customer company. This company has many users with roles such as admin, viewer, modifier, or none.
End Customer Company - Users can login via External SSO through MyPortal SSO. Company and user information is retrieved from the SalesForce accounts of customers and cannot be edited. A business partner or ALE company can supervise the company. This company has many users with roles such as admin, viewer, modifier, or none.
ALE Company - A user of this company is called an “ALE” user. They login using Internal SSO via ALE corporate SSO. Fleet Administrator can modify Fleet account settings. User permissions can’t be modified because ALE companies are single- user companies.
Supervision of a Fleet company
Fleet companies have two categories: Supervisor and Supervised. A supervisor company can be a Business Partner or ALE company. A supervised company can be an end customer or basic company. A user from a supervised company can request supervision from a supervisor company. Upon acceptance, the supervisor company begins a supervising session.
The supervised company user has these permissions:
View the list of authorized supervisor companies.
Request supervision from a supervising company.
View the supervisor’s session and action logs.
Revoke supervision authorization.
The supervisor company user has these permissions:
View the list of supervised companies.
Accept or decline supervision requests.
Conduct supervision sessions.
Revoke supervision sessions.
View the supervisor’s session and activity logs.
Company Administration
After logging into a Fleet company, the landing screen for a supervised company is “Company Administration.” From here, you can view the list of company users and their permission types.
A company user may have permissions such as Admin, Modifier, Viewer, or None.
A company administrator can add or remove user application permissions.
To ensure a company always has admin users, admins cannot remove their own admin permissions.
Alerts
Fleet company can generate alerts based on network device events and user configuration failures within the specified time range. Users can view the alert history, and new alerts received are also indicated when a red blinking dot appears at the top of the bell icon. Alert settings let users enable or disable deletion.
Audit Logs
Audit logs list actions performed by the company administrator or supervisor company within the specified time range.
Device Catalog
The part number and part description have been added to the device catalog view.
Hardware Exchange Request - The device catalog has a Hardware Exchange Request icon under 'Actions' for End User Company devices eligible for hardware exchange.
There's a new 'Production Status' column to select whether a device is in production or out of production.
A list of serial numbers can be imported for bulk deletion.
New fields have been added to the template when importing devices. The available fields are Serial Number, Labels, Name, Version and Production Status.
