Two-Factor Authentication Login

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) also referred to as two-step verification, is a security process in which users provide two different authentication factors to verify themselves. Two-Factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring more than just a password to log in.

In OmniVista Cirrus R10, there are two ways to enable Two Factor Authentication.

Implement Two Factor Authentication at MSP Level

An MSP-ADMIN can set Two Factor Authentication for all users having access to MSP level by enabling it from the Two-Factor Authentication Settings Page.

  1. Click on the Users shortcut located on the MSP Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Two-Factor Authentication option to view the Two-Factor Authentication page.

  3. Click on the Settings Option to open the settings window.
