Sorting and Filtering Tables
By clicking on any column heading, you have the ability to sort a table in ascending or descending order based on that column. By default, tables are typically sorted in ascending order based on the values in the first column. To sort multiple columns, you can simply hold down the Shift key and click on multiple column headers. This action enables you to specify the desired sorting order for multiple columns simultaneously.
You can also filter data for one or more columns. By default, all column data is displayed. To filter data for one or more columns, click on the magnifying glass in the top-right corner of the column heading and select the data to filter. Repeat this action for each column that you want to filter. The filtering order is based on which column you filtered first. The results of that filtering action are then filtered based on the filtering criteria specified for the second column, and so on.
