Software Support

The Software Support chart displays the software support status of all Virtual Chassis primary switches, standalone switches, and wireless equipment managed by OmniVista 2500 NMS according selected filters. (Modules are not counted.)

The following states are displayed:

  • Entitled - The number of devices that have a support service entitlement.

  • Not Entitled - The number of devices that do not have any support service entitlement.
