Internet: Customers with service agreements may open cases 24 hours a day via the support web page. Upon opening a case, customers will receive a case number and may review, update, or escalate support cases on-line.

New Features

Display Enhancements

  • Enhancement to display modules and transceivers.

  • A new widget to display a count of each device type.

  • Enhancement to display the device name for assets retrieved from us.fluentnetworking.com.

  • For all charts in KPI dashboard, when clicking on a specific bar or pie chart the list of the selected devices can be displayed and exported.

NMS Support

Added support for OmniVista Cirrus 4 and OmniVista Cirrus 10.

Note: OmniVista Cirrus 10 support will be available starting in the OmniVista Cirrus 10.5.1 release.

OV2500 File Import

User can import into Fleet the file exported from OV 2500 without any modification either by selecting a chosen file, or by drag and drop.

Subscription End Date

Fleet will display the final Latest Subscription End Date if a new succeeding subscription has been purchased.

Authorized ALE Accounts

Authorized ALE accounts can monitor and update a user account. A user can request an ALE account to monitor their Fleet account.

  • If accepted, the ALE user can act on behalf of the user :

    • Creating new system management

    • Importing new serial numbers

  • ALE user can have the same view (device inventory, KPI dashboard, Management systems)

  • All sessions are timestamped logged

  • All actions are timestamped logged

  • This Supervision right can be revoked at any moment by both parties
