When the Status field on the Organization Widget indicates that the subscription has expired, click on the Access to this organization button to open the Renew Subscription form.

Complete the following fields on the Renew Subscription form as necessary and click on the Send Request button. You will receive an email notification indicating when your request will be processed.

  • How many devices would you like to manage? - Enter the number of devices that you would like to manage with this subscription.

  • Requested End Date - Enter the new end date for the subscription.

  • Business argument - Enter a required explanation as to why you want to renew the subscription.
