User Account Supervision

Authorized ALE accounts can monitor and update a user account. A user can request an ALE account to monitor their Fleet account using the Delegation tab under their profile.

• If accepted, the ALE user can act on behalf of the user :

  • Creating new system management

  • Importing new serial numbers

• ALE user can have the same view (device inventory, KPI dashboard, Management systems)

• All sessions are timestamped logged

• All actions are timestamped logged

• This Supervision right can be revoked at any moment by both parties

Authorized ALE accounts can access the supervision page by clicking Back To Supervisor on the main menu.

Pending Invitations - Lists all pending invitations.

Supervision Request Activity - Displays whether invitations were accepted or rejected.

Supervised Users - Lists the current accounts being supervised.
